We now explain HOW we execute the Leaksrepair program. As the site name implies, our objective is to find leaks and repair the same.

As simple as it sounds but a lot of preparation and planning goes into it. Not only for us, but also for the plant head who is undertaking this program in a running plant which poses to be the greatest challenge.

In simple steps we will describe the modules in a point wise format undertaken to complete this program.



With the LEAQS system a leakage detection survey is conducted at a fraction of the time with considerably better results. All documentation, material & parts lists, leakage volume and costs is web based. The objective is to provide the necessary information to facilitate repairs effectively.

To monitor the key parameters for your compressed air system should be just as natural as it is for your electricity and gases. Leakage management success is measured in reduced leakage volume. This is directly dependent on what we call the repair level. In order to achieve a 100% repair level all leaking products need to be identified. This is difficult, mainly depending on the a ge and status of the plant. LEAQS have developed what is called the Product Identification Process (P.I.P) it is a streamlined web based service that links the technician to suppliers and support functions that are able to assist with the photos and detail s we provide.
